Warehouse Layout Studio

Compare layout ideas by editing the room size and facility positions, dimensions and colours in a conceptual drawing.

Go to the tool ↓

How to use

  1. Review the sample or start a blank plan, choose metres or feet, and enter the width and depth. The physical limit remains 500m × 500m, with total floor area displayed.
  2. Add and drag facilities in either view. Nudge with arrow keys and rotate using the handle or numeric input. Drag empty floor to pan and use Alt+wheel to zoom.
  3. Review boundary and overlap markers and save the JSON plan. Choose 2D, 3D or both for PNG/SVG and landscape A4 PDF/printing. Exports fit the full layout.

A worked example

Start a blank 20m × 15m room and add a steel rack. Check its example 3m × 1m footprint and set its top-left position to X=1m, Y=1m. Plan and isometric views share the same coordinates. Save and reload JSON to continue editing names, positions, dimensions and colours.

Before entering, saving or printing

Facility sizes, heights, colours and the initial plan are examples. The fixed-angle isometric view has no physical paper scale. This tool does not design or certify structures, safe loads, vehicle turning circles, safety aisles or code compliance. Edits stay in this browser; keep important plans as separate JSON files.
